Returns

Due to the nature of our products such as food consumables and personal care items we do not accept returns once the product is delivered except in the cases mentioned below

Returns are accepted only if you received a damaged product received a wrong product or the product is missing items

Return Eligibility

The issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery
The product must be unused and in original packaging
Proof such as an unboxing video or clear photos may be required

Refunds

Refunds are issued only after verification of the issue

Approved refund options include refund to the original payment method or replacement of the product depending on customer preference and availability

Refunds are processed within 5 to 7 business days after approval
Bank processing time may vary

Non Returnable and Non Refundable Items

Opened or used food products
Honey ghee gulkand honey amla or consumables once opened
Personal care items once opened
Products damaged due to customer handling
Orders placed with incorrect address details provided by the customer

Shipping Issues

We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners or natural events
If an order is returned due to incorrect address or failed delivery attempts re shipping charges may apply

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch
Once an order is shipped cancellation is not possible
